Reminder! Scantic Valley YMCA Hosts a Free Interactive Health Fair on March 24!

Important reminder! Our free Interactive Health Fair is happening next week on March 24 from 5:00–7:00 PM at the Scantic Valley YMCA (45 Post Office Park, Wilbraham). Sponsored by the Ludlow Elks, this event is designed to help you take simple, meaningful steps toward better health.

This hands-on event will feature:

  • Healthy meal prep (make and take a mason jar meal)
  • Blood pressure and balance screenings
  • Resources on nutrition, weight management, and chronic disease
  • Free food and prizes

Open to ages 40–100, this is a welcoming, interactive way to learn, connect, and get inspired.

  • Registration is required and limited to 75 participants. Sign up in person at:
