NEW!!! PILATES This core-based strengthening work combines Yoga poses, balance, toning, meditation and relaxation.

ABSoluteCORE This 20 minute class will focus solely on strengthening your core by targeting the abs, back, hips, thighs and buttocks.

R&B LINE DANCE This is a fun and exciting way to dance your way into health while listening to hip moving, finger snapping R&B music.

STEP & STRENGTH A variety of fun step aerobics moves combined with segments of strength to build your core muscles while improving endurance and strength.

TAI CHI Need to de-stress? Try Tai Chi! It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints.

Y-BOOTCAMP Join us for a one stop shop workout that combines some of the best aspects of resistance workouts and cardiovascular exercise for a full body workout. It allows you to build strength while simultaneously maintaining elevated heart rate for extended periods that are best for calorie burn and heart health.

YOGA Harmonize the mind, body and spirit by finding a physical and mental balance that will achieve optimum health and well-being through slow gentle movements. Continued practice should result in improved circulation, increased strength and enhanced flexibility.

ZUMBA® This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves meshed with endurance training to provide a dynamic workout that will blow you away!

Y-Cycling

These all-terrain rides include flats, hills, jumps and sprints for a great cardio workout. You control the ride so it's a great workout from beginner to advance. To prevent dehydration bringing water is highly recommended. New to Cycling??? Please arrive 10 minutes before the class and let the instructor know so they can set you up on the bike and review best practices and safety information.

AOA CLASSES (Active Older Adults)

These are beginner classes geared towards AOA’s, all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join us!
AOA LOW IMPACT An easy does it class to improve strength and balance.
AOA STRENGTH TRAINING This class incorporates exercises that can be completed from a sitting or standing position. Use of light weights and toning tubes are used to help fight the effects of osteoporosis, strengthen muscles and joints and improves balance.

Group Exercise Rules and Notes:

*Participants must be 12 years old to participate.
*Proper attire and footwear is required for all classes.
*NO electronic devices are permitted during classes.
Pictures and video recording are STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Our goal is to maintain a comfortable environment for all members and guests; therefore we request there be no spectators during classes. Those waiting for participants are respectfully asked to do so elsewhere.
