Nominate Someone Who Makes a Difference

Each year, we will honor YMCA of Greater Springfield employees who go above and beyond through our Employee Recognition Program. You can nominate up to three employees each nomination period for the following awards:

  • Spirit of the Y Award – Lives the YMCA values daily

  • YMCA Leadership Award – Inspires others through leadership

  • Positive Impact Award – Builds a positive and inclusive workplace

How to Vote

All YMCA members, staff, and volunteers are invited to participate! You can cast your nominations in two easy ways:

  1. Online by filling out THIS FORM

  2. On Paper: Complete a paper form and drop it in the designated nomination box at your branch or Learning Center.
